Members' Events Booking
We use this page to share and manage bookings for EPS members’ events, visits and occasional trips.
These events are a lovely way to meet other members, visit interesting places and enjoy photography-related activities beyond the normal programme. Some events are small and informal, while others may involve visits to collections, exhibitions, locations or other places of interest.
The full details for each event are shown within the booking system, including the date, time, meeting point, cost if there is one, travel notes and how many places are available.
If you would like to come along, please book your place using the event listed below. Where guests are welcome, this will be made clear in the event details.
Spaces may be limited, so please only book if you expect to attend. If your plans change, please cancel or let the organiser know so that someone else can take the place.

Visit to the National Museums Collection Centre: 6th August 2026
Members are invited to visit the National Museums Collection Centre, where the National Museums photography collection is stored.
This is a chance to see behind the scenes, meet the curators and enjoy a closer look at some of the photographic and other treasures held in the collection. Places are limited, so please book in advance if you would like to attend. Full details are included in the booking.
Canal Trip from Ratho: 19th August 2026
Join us for a relaxed canal trip from Ratho to the Almondell Aqueduct and back, run by Seagull Trust Cruises.
This is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours with other members, and guests are welcome where spaces allow. Places are limited, so please book in advance if you would like to come along. Full details, including cost, travel information and meeting arrangements, are included in the booking.
