Thank you for volunteering to support the Edinburgh Photographic Society as a Door Steward.

On this occasion you will be supporting our Premier Event of the Year! Your help plays an important role in ensuring visitors receive a warm welcome and that the exhibition runs smoothly.

Door Stewards help by welcoming visitors, opening and closing the building, and helping to maintain a friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. It is also a great opportunity to spend time in the building, enjoy the exhibition, and meet fellow members and visitors.

No prior experience is required. Clear guidance will be provided, and practical information about opening, closing and arrangements for the day will be shared closer to the exhibition.

To volunteer, simply select an available session using the booking system below and enter your details. You will receive an email confirmation and a reminder the day before your session.
