We’re pleased to share the launch of the new Edinburgh Photographic Society website.
This marks an important step forward in how we present ourselves, both to members and to the wider public. The new site is designed to make it easier for members to access services, stay informed, and take part in Society activities, while also giving a clearer and more engaging picture of what EPS does and stands for.
One of the most significant additions is the introduction of a Members Area. At launch, this provides access to Studio and Darkroom bookings, but it has been designed to grow. Over time, it can become a space for member-only resources, guidance, updates, and other content that supports learning, participation, and involvement across the Society.
More broadly, the website gives us a stronger platform to promote our exhibitions, competitions, talks, and events, and to better meet our charitable aims by sharing photographic work, knowledge, and opportunities with a wider audience.
This is very much the start of a new chapter rather than a finished product. We would welcome feedback from members on the new site, including:
- Suggestions for improvements or adjustments
- Ideas for content you would find useful in the Members Area
- Thoughts on new sections or features you’d like to see developed over time
Your input will help shape how the site evolves and how we use it to support members and promote the Society’s activities.
We hope you enjoy exploring the new site and look forward to building on it together.
